Returns
Not quite what you had in mind? That’s unfortunate, but it can happen. You have 14 days (starting from the day you received your order) to return the items to the return address below. Once we have successfully received your return and it meets the return conditions, the amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 10 business days.

Return Conditions

• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original price tag attached.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and at their own risk. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during transport. It is therefore recommended to send your package with a tracking code to have proof of shipment.

• Note: Sale items CANNOT be returned.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? That’s possible. It’s best to contact us by email at coquettemaastricht@gmail.com, and we will process your exchange right away. Exchanges are handled within three business days.
