Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where they can review the terms and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the terms may be provided electronically so that the consumer can easily save them on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where they can view the terms electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If specific product terms apply in addition to these general terms, the same rules apply, and in case of conflict, the consumer may always rely on the provision most favorable to them.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or void, the remainder of the contract and these terms remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that closely approximates its original intent.
Article 3 – The Offer and Your Order
If an offer has a limited validity period or is conditional, this will be clearly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur may modify or adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. The description is detailed enough to allow the consumer to assess the offer. Images used are a true representation of the products. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
All images and specifications are indicative and cannot be used as grounds for compensation or contract cancellation.
Your order is complete and the contract is final once we confirm your order by email and your card payment is approved. We accept payment via credit card or online banking. If your card issuer refuses the payment, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery. Orders without valid payment in the cardholder’s name will not be accepted.
To purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart, provide your contact and billing details, and confirm the order by clicking “Place Order.”
In case of late payment or previous payment issues, Coquette reserves the right to cancel the contract.
Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods or services, you have 14 days from delivery or conclusion of the contract to return items. Returns are at your expense. Please include the completed return form with your shipment.
We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned items to the same account used for payment.
-
Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
-
The entrepreneur will wait to receive the goods before issuing a refund.
Returned goods must be appropriate but not used, and the price tag must remain attached. Items should, if possible, be returned with original packaging and all accessories.
The consumer is liable for any damage caused by improper handling.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products, including: -
Products made to consumer specifications;
-
Clearly personal or customized products;
-
Products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
-
Products with prices tied to financial market fluctuations;
-
Hygienic products where the seal has been broken.
Article 5 – Price
During the period specified in the offer, prices do not change except due to VAT rate changes.
We strive to display prices accurately. Recognizable errors or typos do not constitute a claim against Coquette.
Prices include all taxes, VAT, and fees.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments can only be made via the payment modules on our website.
Various payment options are available. For more details, see the Payment Methods page.
Article 7 – Conformity and Warranty
We guarantee that our products conform to your order and meet normal expectations, considering product specifications.
Article 8 – Delivery and Execution
All goods and services are delivered to the address you provide during the order. Coquette is not responsible for errors in the delivery or billing address that may cause delays or non-delivery.
In-stock items are delivered within 2–4 business days. Delivery times are indicative.
If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed by email. If the delay is unacceptable, the order may be canceled or replaced with an alternative product, with adjustment of payment accordingly.
If delivery cannot be made on time, we will notify you before the expected delivery date. Failure to do so allows you to cancel your order free of charge and receive a refund within 30 days.
Damaged goods during transport must be reported within 3 days and returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
We are not liable for indirect damage due to delays or non-delivery by the carrier. Liability is limited to the value of undelivered items.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. We may suspend or terminate the contract. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond our control that prevents partial or complete performance.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
Our website, logos, texts, photos, names, and communications are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Coquette or its suppliers.
Use of these elements without prior written permission is prohibited.
Article 11 – Complaints and Disputes
We hope all customers are 100% satisfied. For complaints, contact coquettemaastricht@gmail.com.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of identifying the issue.
We respond within 14 days of receipt. For complex issues, we will acknowledge receipt and indicate when a full response can be expected.
